Terms of Service
Once i give you the bgm, the final product (single, album or audio fx setup), you could use it for commercial purposes, be stream it by anyone under your consent, anywhere.
i keep the rights of it unless there's a contract that states another compensation for the rights of the bgm.However, ReBONE & ReVYVE (label) main purpose is to provide a dmca free space, where everyone can enjoy music, so feel relieved that i want the best for the communities. keep in mind that if you want the rights, you will need to keep track of it, or hire someone to keep track in case someone try to use it without your consent. i also upload the albums to the digital stores.
i've done albums for Shirahiko, JuniperActias, Nunki & Delt4, so check them out if you're not sure, they're pretty happy with the final result.digital delivery date will be discussed after i know the commission info.
updates and feedback: you'll have access to 2-3 feedback rounds (depending if single or album) in the first week. i generally work pretty past so in the first week i might have the 50-80% (depending if single or album, it might take longer), which i consider still a good time to make some tweaks, at that point we already discussed most of the info and i have enough data from your content, most of the changes tempt to be subtle.I reserve the right to; upload and share in social media, the process of creation, online portfolio use. stream in stores the full version, unless we agreed another fee payment for privacy purposes.When you reach out to me, you understand that my services (songs, fx, mixes, etc.) aren't and can't be related with nfts and can’t be used by you or your partners in training an AI.
